About Daisy
After earning my diploma in food and wine at Leiths culinary school, I worked for a health food company as head chef for 5 years. I am classically trained however I am used to catering to a modern palette and to different dietary requirements including high protein, anti inflammatory, gluten free etc I sometimes do freelance yoga retreat catering and enjoy making healthy delicious food from good ingredients I also make a spectacular Sourdough bread!
