About Cici

Hi! I’m the daughter of a chef and have grown up cooking my whole life. Having come from Wiltshire and been raised in nature and around animals, my cooking remains heavily influenced by this, with a ‘from scratch’ mentality. I focus on fresh and quality ingredients from my favourite local grocers and butchers in and around East London. I’m an all rounder when it comes to cooking & baking, with a love for getting it right and the flavours done to match the vibes, whether a slow cooked chuck in a rich red wine jus, or a fresh Vietnamese salad with chicken thighs, or a comforting bowl of pasta alla Norma, just let me know what you’re after and we’ll get that done! I work from home in a fairly relaxed corporate job, but my real passion is cooking and wanted to do this on the side. From events catering and canapés, to week night meals, to planning on meeting macro goals (big gym goer myself), I look forward to understanding what you’re after and working with you to find the perfect culinary solution.
